The PRO Unlimited plan is subjected to this Fair Use Policy so we can continue to offer the tool at the best price to everyone.
Allowed:
If all the 100% reports are generated via you or your team members then it is completely allowed and falls under the Fair Use Policy.
Not allowed:
Generating high volume of reports using scripts or bots or automations does not fall in the Fair Use Policy.
Multiple users can not login to the same account. You need to purchase the seats for every team member. Every team member/user needs to have their own login ID in order to use the tool.
Note:
Violating any Fair use policy can result in the account termination or may be banned from continuing to be a future customer.
